We are delighted to announce that Bethany Rice has joined MCD Immigration Law as an Associate Attorney.  

Bethany is dedicated to trauma‑informed representation, bringing compassion and strength to her work with clients, especially survivors of domestic violence and abuse. With extensive experience supporting individuals through difficult circumstances, she ensures that every client feels heard, respected, and empowered.  

A zealous advocate fluent in Russian, Bethany connects with people from diverse backgrounds and leverages her expertise in immigration law to craft compelling legal arguments. Her ultimate goal as an attorney is simple yet powerful: to help others.
